Near Bank Park Estate Storage Social Media Campaign

Video ads are a great way to ‘stop the scroll’ on social media. Below are a few examples from a campaign I created for Near Bank Park Estate, who provide secure storage for caravans and camper vans. Most camper and caravan owners don’t consider storage until at least September (got to make the most of these heatwaves!), so we came up with the idea of reserving a space for free if people booked during August.

Paid and organic posts were created, playing on the theme of not having to rush home. For social media planning and execution I work in parternship with an expert who can help you get the most from your budget. Unlike traditional print advertising, where you pay and pray it works, Facebook and Instagram ads you have tight control over how much you are spending. Detailed analytics let you see exactly how much each lead has cost you. You can also carry out A/B tests with completely different ads or with slight differences in typefaces, messaging, or the call-to-action to see if one version is more effective than the other.
